Our credit evaluation report relies on this information so as to provide you with pre-approved loan offers. We collect and transmit a list of installed app metadata information, which includes app name, package name, install time, update time, version name and version code for each installed app on your device. We need all installed APP data to enrich your credit profile and assess your credit risk and loan limit and loan eligibility. For example, check if you have installed some fraudulent APPs that do not comply with Google's developer policy or installed too many financial loan APPs, according to the analysis reports of these APPs, give different loan amounts or refuse loans to reduce our financial Debt risk and fraud risk. We promise that the data of the installed APP is only used for financial and fraud risk assessment, and not for any other purpose; we also ensure that such information will not be disclosed. We upload the collected data to the Ví Vô Hạnserver (https://vn.vivohan.com) and provide a high level of protection.
During your experience of the loan service, we will collect your contact information including but not limited to the contact's name, phone number, recently modified contacts, contact favorites, etc. When you submit your loan application, the system will automatically fill in the contact information for you. It helps us understand your risk status and determine your eligibility for the loan. In view of the situation that Ghana has a very low credit coverage, with 90% customers don't have their complete credit reports, we need the users’ complete Contact in order to make risk assessment. For example, check whether there’re fraudulent customers in the Contact, and give different loan limits according to the analysis report of the Contact. It’s promised that the Contact is only used for risk assessment, not for any other purposes; it also ensures that the information from Contact wouldn’t be disclosed. We will collect your geographic location information for customer risk assessment. In some cases, you will be prompted or asked to activate the Global Positioning System (GPS) on your mobile device. We will upload location data to the Ví Vô Hạnserver (https://vn.vivohan.com) with high level protection. During your experience of Ví Vô Hạnloan service, we will collect the location information of your device to ensure that you are within our service area, which also helps us verify your address information and provide more suitable service according to your actual situation.
Regarding all the collected information, we will store it on the Ví Vô Hạnserver (https://vn.vivohan.com) with high level protection and will not be shared with any third party.
We may collect some of your device information, such as hardware information (including the device's operating system, Android version, IMEI number, IMSI number, MAC address, serial number, Android ID, screen size and other hardware information), and serial number to uniquely identify the device and ensure that unauthorized devices are not to act on your behalf to prevent frauds. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of this Policy shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Policy.
